How To Blog?
As I start to add more posts to this blog, i'm having some difficult decisions ahead of me. What audience do I cater to? Do I make the blog strictly for myself? Just a journal and a soapbox. Or do I try to make a good blog for my friends or for a more commercial audience?
I've seen tons of blogs and i'd like to think I know what would work and what would not work for a blog to be successful. I know what I would want to read but my interests are so wide and varied. Would a person who read my entries about Phish be turned off by an entry about the NYC subway system? Would I offend any potential readers of my blog by showing naked pictures from hippie goddess ?
So that is my biggest dilemma. I wish I had seven different blogs that all catered to different intrests of mine. Perhaps that's the best bet and then one blog featuring entries from all the seven blogs.
Perhaps. Anything is possible, all you need is a dollar and a dream.
